Everything you order is blended and bottled by hand, in small batches, in Louisville, Kentucky. Real people pack your order with real care, so give us a beat to do it right.

Where we ship
Right now we ship anywhere in the United States. If you are somewhere else and you have your heart set on a bottle, write to us at info@oduoak.com and we will see what we can do.

What it costs
Orders under $50 ship for a flat $6. Orders of $50 or more ship free, on us. No codes, no fine print, no math homework.

When it ships
We pack and send most orders within 2 to 3 business days. Small batch means hand-packed, not warehouse-fast, and we think that is part of the charm. The moment your order leaves us, you will get a tracking number by email so you can watch it find its way to you.

Once it is on its way
Delivery usually takes another 3 to 7 business days, depending on how far you are from Kentucky. After it leaves our hands, it is in the carrier's care. If tracking says delivered but your package has pulled a disappearing act, give it 48 hours, then reach out, and a real human will help you chase it down.

If something arrives wrong
If your order shows up damaged, leaking, or just not right, email info@oduoak.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right. A bottle that arrives broken is no way to start a love story.
