Welcome to ODUOAK. We are a small, hands-on fragrance house in Louisville, Kentucky, and we are genuinely glad you are here. These terms cover how you use our website and buy our products. We kept the language as human as we could, but it is still an agreement, so please give it a read.

By visiting oduoak.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If any of it does not sit right with you, we kindly ask that you not use the site.

Who can shop with us
You need to be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. By ordering, you are telling us you meet that bar and that the information you give us is accurate.

Our products
Everything we make is blended by hand in small batches, so small variations in color, scent, and finish are part of the craft, not a flaw. Our fragrances are for external use only. They are built on real whiskey and natural aromatic ingredients, which means they are flammable, so keep them away from open flame and store them somewhere cool and out of direct sun. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, patch test first and stop use if any irritation shows up. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Prices and product details
We work hard to show our products, scents, and prices accurately, but we cannot promise the site is free of every error. Colors on a screen are never a perfect match for glass and liquid in your hand. We reserve the right to correct mistakes, change prices, and update or retire a product at any time, without obligation.

Your order
When you place an order, you are making us an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send is a receipt of your order, not yet our acceptance of it. We accept your order when we ship it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock we simply cannot honor. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you get a full refund.

Payment
Payment is due at checkout through our secure payment providers. By entering your payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use that method.

Shipping, returns, and refunds
How and when we ship is covered in our Shipping Policy, and how we handle returns and refunds is covered in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms. The short version of our refund philosophy: a real human will work with you to make it right.

What belongs to us
The ODUOAK name, logo, scent names, copy, photography, and the overall look and feel of this site are ours, and they are protected. You are welcome to enjoy them. You are not welcome to copy, resell, or use them for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

Using the site fairly
Please do not use our site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload anything harmful, or interfere with how the site works. We may suspend or cut off access to anyone who does.

The legal necessaries
The site and our products are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties we have not expressly made, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms now and then as the brand grows. When we do, we will post the new version here with a fresh date, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
